Question 1: Do I need a partner to join a class?
No. You don’t need a partner to attend any of our classes. We rotate partners during class so everyone gets the chance to learn and connect.
Question 2: I’m a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Absolutely. Assembly is designed to be welcoming for all levels, including first-timers. Our instructors break things down clearly and create a supportive environment so you can learn at your own pace.
Question 3: What should I wear or bring?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Shoes with a smooth sole are recommended, but not essential. Just bring yourself and an open mindset.
Question 4: How do I book a class?
Simply choose a class from the timetable and secure your spot online. Spaces are limited to keep class quality high, so we recommend booking in advance.
